The Web of Lies

Or

How The Courts Killed Terri and Why She May Not* Get An Honest Autopsy

Schiavo_web_4 Look this chart over carefully (sources below). You will find that at the hub of connections in the Schaivo Case are George Felos, Judge Greer and the Woodside Hospice, operated by The Hospice of the Florida Suncoast.

Update: For those making amusing but intellectually lazy allusions to aliens and illuminati in regards to this chart, let me sum up the premise of this chart. I'll use as small words as possible for those of you apparently more familiar with crack than I:

  • Key players in the case have connections
  • The connections are in the public record
  • The connections should recuse players from case

That's it... no tinfoil hats, all-seeing eyes, or transporter coordinates required. UPDATE: Futher clarification on my "position" here.

Plain enough? Now, on to the sources:

The Judge

From Hyscience:

Judges are impartial, right? Not Judge George Greer, the judge that has ordered Terri Schiavo executed by starvation and dehydration, twice.

Our good ole boy judge has worked side by side as county commissioner with Barbara Sheen Todd (county commissioner) for eight years. Barbara Sheen Todd is on the board of, you guessed it,  the hospice where Terri Schiavo is kept prisoner by her husband, Michael Schiavo, who lives with another woman that he has two children with.

Also, Judge Greer's fellow judge, Judge John Lenderman is the brother of Martha Lenderman, also on the, you got it, the same hospice board.

Campaign contributions:

Greer allegedly raised one of the biggest war chests ever in a judicial campaign with contributions over $144,000.

The contributors included members of the Michael Schiavo legal team, Hamden Baskin III, $500; Deborah Bushnell, $250; Felos and Felos of which lead Schiavo attorney George Felos is a principal, $250; Gynethe S. Stanley, $150 and $250; Steven Nilsson, $250 and $250.

The maximum contribution allowed by an individual is $500.

. . .

For a complete list of contributors to George Greer’s 2004 campaign, see http://election.dos.state.fl.us/campfin/contrib.asp#both.

The table of Greer campaign contributors at the bottom of this page includes Everett Rice, and Gus [Michael] Bilirakis.

A bio of Greer touching on his involvement in other controversial issues can be found here.

The Feeding Tube As Life Support

Congressman and hospice board member Gus Michael Bilirakis* is co-sponsor of the 1999 Florida house bill 2131, adding a feeding tube in the legal definition of a life-prolonging method.

Consider this time-line:

May 1997 - Deborah Bushnell send a letter to Judge Shames (he was before Judge Greer) saying that the Schindlers should be involved in Terri's care during her final days (since Michael intends to move Terri to hospice and remove her feeding tube).

Aug. 1997 - Felos sends a letter to the Schindler's notifying them of pending action to remove Terri's feeding tube.

May 1998 - George Felos is hired and files a petition in Court to remove Terri's feeding tube.

April 6, 1999 - House Bill 2131 was introduced in the legislature by the Florida Elder Affairs & Long-Term Care Committee to amend Section 765 (Civil Rights) of the Florida Statutes. two weeks later, the legislature Committee on Judiciary recommended that House Bill 2131 should also change the Section 765.101 legal definition of life prolonging procedures to add: "INCLUDING ARTIFICIALLY PROVIDED SUSTENANCE AND HYDRATION, WHICH SUSTAINS, RESTORES, OR SUPPLANTS A SPONTANEOUS VITAL FUNCTION".

Oct 1, 1999 - Senate Bill 2228 (formerly HB2131) becomes law changing Section 765.101 of the Florida Statutes to include the above.

Jan 24, 2000 - Trial begins to decided whether to remove Terri's feeding tube.

Feb 11, 2000 - Judge Greer orders that Terri's feeding tube can be  removed.

If you followed the time-line, Felos filed a petition to remove Terri's feeding tube BEFORE the law was changed, and the trial began AFTER the law was changed (and Greer approved removal of the tube). Why is that?

The Sheriff & County offices

Collusion:

Four days before joining Florida's House of Representatives in November, 2004, Everett Rice left the office of Pinellas County Sheriff, a position he had held since 1988 and after 33 years in the sheriff's department.

But before he left office he hired Michael Schiavo, estranged husband and guardian of Terri Schiavo.

The Empire Journal has learned that days before leaving office as Pinellas County sheriff, Rice hired Schiavo, a registered nurse, to work in the Inmates Medical Care Division of the Pinellas County Jail.

The relationship of Rice and Schiavo raises grave questions of alleged impropriety in the Terri Schiavo case and ongoing allegations of conspiracy, collusion and cover-up which have resulted in calls for Gov. Jeb Bush to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the matter and the impaneling of Grand Jury.

Rice's hire of Schiavo came at the same time contentious guardianship proceedings were proceeding in the courtroom of his long-time friend, Sixth Circuit Court Judge George W. Greer where Schiavo was seeking to end the life of his wife by court order of Greer.

And after Rice had repeatedly refused to investigate allegations of abuse against Schiavo.

According to informed sources, neither Schiavo nor his attorney, George Felos, disclosed to the court or attorneys for Terri's parents, Mary and Robert Schindler Sr., of Schiavo's change in employment, particularly in light of the disclosure Feb. 23 that the state's Department of Children and Families [DCF] has opened an investigation into some 30 allegations of abuse, neglect and exploitation of Terri Schiavo.

According to pleadings filed before Greer by DCF attorneys, Michael Schiavo is the suspected abuser.

The Empire Journal has also confirmed that [Eleanor Centonze*] the mother of Jodi Centonze, Schiavo's live-in girlfriend and fiancé with whom he has two children was employed in the civil division of the sheriff's department from June 18, 1979 until June 25, 1999, some 11 years while Rice was sheriff and at the same time her son-in-law had petitioned Rice's good friend Judge Greer to end her daughter-in-law's life.

[NOTE - JP: Michael Schiavo refers to Jodi Centonze as his 'wife'. The term 'son-in-law' refers to Michael Schiavo. The woman is Jodi Centonze's mother, Michael's 'other' mother-in-law.]

Rice's employment of Michael Schiavo came just weeks after Rice had allegedly unlawfully lent the prestige of his office and the resources of the sheriff's office in endorsement of the reelection of Greer in a televised political advertisement.

Although prohibited by Florida Statutes, Rice and other Pinellas county public officers including state attorney Bernie McCabe public defender Bob Dillinger, allowed employees of their offices to appear in a campaign commercial for Greer which inferred that Greer was "tough on crime" although Greer is an administrative probate judge.

http://www.theempirejournal.com/02230590_schiavo_judge_tv_commer.htm

According to a sheriff's employee, Sheriff Rice had authorized the use of the county-owned sheriff's car and the appearance of the uniformed deputy in Greer's TV commercial.  State law prohibits the same.

In 2003, Rice became the center of controversy in the Terri Schiavo case when Patricia Anderson, then attorney for the Schindlers, filed a motion asking Greer to recuse himself for alleged violations of judicial canons and bias.

Greer has controlled the Schiavo case since 1998.

In her affidavit, Anderson said that Rice had told her that he and Greer had discussed the Schiavo case at a ball game the night previous with Rice without other parties to the matter being present. Greer refused to recuse himself and Rice later denied that he had made the comments to Anderson.

. . .

Rice, as well as McCabe, has been directly involved in the Schiavo case, steadfastly denying requests to conduct alleged criminal investigations of criminal wrongdoing in the matter by Michael Schiavo.

Rice and Schiavo's attorney, George Felos, have also served on the board of directors of the Hospice of Florida Suncoast, the corporation which operates the Woodside Hospice in Pinellas Park where Terri Schiavo is in residence.

Felos failed to disclose his affiliation with the Hospice at the time in April, 2000 when he and Michael Schiavo moved Terri to the Hospice. However, it has since been learned by The Empire Journal that the proper certification for Terri's admittance to the Hospice was never completed and that she was not legally designated as terminal, a requirement to be admitted to a hospice and for her care to be paid for by Medicare.

The federal government has initiated collection procedures against the Hospice of Florida Suncoast to recover some $14.8 million which they say was unlawfully paid to the hospice as a result of fraudulent claims made for Medicare reimbursement for patients that were not terminally ill and therefore not eligible for hospice care, allegedly at a time when both Rice and Felos were members of the Hospice board of directors.

Insurance Connection?

Richard M. Jerger, Jr is a holder in the Philadelphia Consolidated Holding Corp. which bought out The Jerger Co, which insured mobile homes.

Raymond Blacklidge is a registered lobbyist in the Florida Legislature, who worked for the Jerger Company. Blacklidge, Business Partner to Richard Jerger, was an Insurance Executive selling mobile home insurance in the state of Florida. Jerger somehow became the Business Partner to Michael Schiavo:

http://www.sunbiz.org/corpweb/inquiry/corinam.html, searching for "Jerger" returns THE JERGER COMPANY, INC. and JERGER & CENTONZE INSURNACE AGENCY, INC. (sic) Both are connected to Richard Jerger. Jerger & Centonze Insurance, Inc. is listed under Jodi's address.  Jodi Centonze is Michael Schiavo's "domestic partner" and now mother of his 2 children.

Myopic Zeal:

  • Senator Jim King, originally upheld the passage of “Terri’s Law.” (S 12 E)
    • Board member of Woodside Hospice
    • Received campaign contributions from Richard M. Jerger, Jr., of Jerger & Centonze Insurance. (Mr. Jerger lived in a different district).
    • Called his support of Terri’s Law “The Terri Schiavo vote that I made was probably one of the worst votes that I’ve ever done”

    . . .

Note: Richard M. Jerger, Jr., stockholder in Philadelphia Consolidated Holding Corp, sold 2902 shares of stock in July,2001 for $102,933… put this in the ‘for what it’s worth’ department.

  • Philadelphia Consolidated Holding Corp.

    http://www.phly.com

Designer insurance is all the rage these days, and Philadelphia Consolidated Holding grows its business by stitching together innovative policies. The company and its subsidiaries specialize in designing and underwriting commercial property & casualty insurance for niche clients such as rental car companies (including the insurance they always want to sell you at the counter), not-for-profits , health and fitness centers, and day-care facilities. Specialty lines cover such professionals as lawyers, accountants, and insurance agents. The company also sells mobile homeowners policies, mainly in Florida.

UNVERIFIED SPECULATION: Is there an insurance policy connection between Jerger/Schiavo and The Hospice of the Florida Suncoast via Philadelphia Consolidated Holding? Could the Holding Corp. be covering the not-for-profit hospice and it's directors from liability? I don't know how one would get an answer to that. But if so, what would be the implications?

Note: Put down the tinfoil hats-- I'm clearly NOT making accusations here, just asking questions...

    The Hospice

    Hyscience:

Mary Laybak, CEO of Woodside Hospice has direct ties to Euthanasia Society of America and Hemlock for Hospice, an organization that seeks to accelerate the dying process.  Federal funds may not be used for these purposes.

The Hospice is a federally funded program designed for terminally ill and those whose death is eminent.  Terri has been in Woodside Hospice illegally for three years under Medicaid payments, for free, courtesy of, yep, George Felos. Felos combined and conspired with Michael Schiavo to arrange for Terri's "free" stay at Hospice Woodside as part of an "exit protocol" designed to advance Felos' self-perceived messianic mission of "helping" incapacitated people to die by categorizing them as "terminal," warehousing them, and depriving them of therapy and rehabilitation services.

US Dept of Health and Human Services is currently trying to collect  $14.8 million from Florida Suncoast Hospice, owed to them since 1997. The squeaki-clean(not) Hospice is accused of patient brokering and several lawsuits filed by Attorney Jonathan Alpert are pending.

(More on Mary and The Hospice of the Florida Suncoast can be found here.)

    http://www.cst-phl.com/050224/seventh.html:

"The CEO of Woodside Hospice, Mary Labyak, is a board member of Partnership for Caring, a direct offshoot of the Euthanasia Society of America."

    The Autopsy

Florida Medical Examiner Commission search committee "made up of local law enforcement, prosecutors, the public defender and county officials"
including Pinellas-Pasco State Attorney Bernie McCabe, chairman of the committee & Bob Dillinger, Public Defender selects Dr. Jon Thogmartin, Pinellas County Chief medical examiner, who will conduct Terri's autopsy.

Thogmartin said Pinellas offered a probable pay increase from his current $125,000. [Outgoing Medical Examiner] Wood earns $145,000.

    . . .

Thogmartin acknowledged that Palm Beach officials offered him a $10,000 pay raise to drop out of the running.

"But I didn't pull my name out," he said.

So Thogmartin, essentially hired (pending Gov. Bush approval) by the committee headed by Rice & Greer friend McCabe, for a likely salary of $145,000 which, if true, would be a $20,000/yr raise. I'm sure there's no loyalty there...

Judge Greer and Robert Wharrie (hospice board) share the Clearwater Bar Association's (CBA) Probate Panel (almost at the bottom of the page.) Thogmartin is acquainted with the CBA, even being asked to speak to them:

CBA to Examine Jon R. Thogmartin, M.D. at July 26, 2001 Membership Luncheon

Scheduled speaker for the July 26 membership luncheon at the Harborview Center is Jon R. Thogmartin, M.D., District Medical Examiner for District 6, Pinellas and Pasco Counties, since December 2000.

    And he'll be impartial?

Update: Bringing other players into the autopsy scene is a positive (and smart) move. An independent autopsy in another location would be better, but what can ya do? I haven't done any research on Dr. Pellan, nor is the neuropathology expert named. These sound like positive developments. I'm sure they're aware the whole world will be scrutinizing the results.

My conclusion: If Terri were on trial for a capital crime with a possible death sentence at stake, all of these authority figures would be deemed as having a significant conflict of interest in the outcome and be removed from the case.

Why are Terri's rights being given less consideration than that of a death row criminal?

    ---

*Update: Looks like I'm not the only one looking at these characters. I see from the Myopic Zeal cast listing, that I've got some corrections to make to my chart. I'll do so as soon as I have time. Update: Minor corrections made to chart (name corrections). Added new data to chart and listed sources per Myopic Zeal's cast of characters. Update: In the interest of fairness, changed subtitle in light of possibly positive autopsy news & updated Autopsy section.

    Welcome BlogsForTerri readers.

Update: References to Scientology have been frequent in comments, given that Clearwater, Pinellas County is the headquarters of the sect. When I first posted, I was not aware of this, nor had I come across evidence indicating a Scientology involvement. I've taken time since then to research it.

While there is a similarity in the cause of death (starvation) behind Terri's death and another woman, Lisa McPherson; the circumstances and the key players involved in the Schiavo case are different. In the McPherson case, it was a woman dying in a Scientology-owned facility with State Attorney Bernie McCabe filing felony charges against the church. In the Schiavo case, McCabe has refused to investigate possible criminal wrongdoing in a case heard by his friend Judge Greer. I have seen no evidence in the public record that the church, its members or its ideology is involved. Searching the St. Petersburg Times (the local paper) for "Scientology" brings plenty of articles in which McCabe and the Sheriff's office are on the opposing side of issues involving Scientology, and it seems unlikely that the county government would make a quick reversal in attitude to join with Scientologists to euthanize Terri. I think Mary Labyak's & George Felos' Hemlock Society tendencies give enough of a euthanistic inclination alone, regardless of the views Scientology may have on the topic.

If it can be shown based on public record that any of the key players have ties to Scientology, I'll report it. However, I was unable to find any, and unless/until that happens, I want to re-emphasize the purpose of this post: To bring attention to the connections in the Schiavo case available in the public record which should have been grounds to remove the majority of the key county officials from the case due to conflict of interest.

This post is not intended to promote theories on Scientology, because I have found no documented evidence in the public record which supports those theories.

Update 4/24: Being that this post is nearly a month old, I'm closing comments.

I've read some web sites which say that there is a connection between Terri's plight and the Scientologists.

I find these web sites to be "Michael Moorish" in the way that they draw diabolical conclusions by drawing loose connections together.

    Particularly the following site:

    http://libertytothecaptives.net/

(I think whoever does that site is well meaning and the site has a lot of good factual points... but it is too "trigger happy" and, therefore, will come across as irrational or nutty... which is a shame considering what is at stake here and how much of a Scientology connection there really is that should be investigated and revealed.)

However, on the other hand, I do think that there is some merit to the argument which need to be presented in a more no-nonsense way and backed up by mainstream sources.

    In particular:

    (1) the scientologist's philosophy is very, very pro-euthanasia... in fact, to Nazi-like extremes.

    (2) The scientologists probably have more political, legal, and economic power over Clearwater than the Mormons do over Salt Lake City. No kidding!

    (3) The scientologists have long been in the habit of using the judiciary to accomplish their goals (policitical, economic, philosophical, etc).

Even if there is no specific grand conspiracy going on here, these facts alone indicate that there was probably some kind of "subliminal" influence of Scientology values on the judiciary in Clearwater regarding Terri's case.

But don't take my word for it... READ/WATCH the items below:

1981 60-Minutes report about Scientology just starting to move into Clearwater
(This also details their illegal mob-like tactics.)

    Time Magazine Article
(Scientologists attempted to sue Time for this for millions of dollars)

St. Petersburg Time articles about Scientology: here, here, and here,

EXCERPT: "You can't separate Salt Lake City and the Mormons, and you can't separate Clearwater and Scientology," said Ray Cassano, a Scientologist whose 146-unit downtown condo tower will rise next door to the historic post office. "We may be a bigger presence here because Clearwater is a smaller city."

A St. Petersburg Times article (inadvertently) describes similarities to Terri in Lisa McPherson's mysterious death while in Scientologist's care.
EXCERPT: "Wood initially said McPherson had died of complications from dehydration"

    L. Ron Hubbard own writings demonstrate an extremist Nazi-like philosophy about dealing with disabled or retarded or unstable individuals. Disturbing tactics are also revealed. There is an unmistakable connection between these tactics proposed in Hubbard's writings and the actual actions of the Scientologists as described in the 60-minutes and Time magazine reports. No doubt about it. here, here, and ESPECIALLY... here.
EXCERPT: "The reasonable man quite ordinarily overlooks the fact that people from 2.0 down have no traffic with reason and cannot be reasoned with as one would reason with a 3.0. There are only two answers for the handling of people from 2.0 down on the tone scale, neither one of which has anything to do with reasoning with them or listening to their justification of their acts. The first is to raise them on the tone scale by un-enturbulating some of their theta by any one of the three valid processes. The other is to dispose of them quietly and without sorrow."

Answers.com general article about Scientologist's extensive use (and abuse) of the legal system.
    EXCERPTS:
"The Church of Scientology has made extensive use of the legal system to defend itself and attack its perceived enemies, including both critics and..."
"The Church of Scientology is often accused of barratry, the willful use of frivolous lawsuits for the purpose of harassment..."

Testimony from a writer who was harassed by Scientologists. She wrote 1 book back in 1971 and was harassed by the Scientologist with character assassinations and frivolous lawsuits for decades. Ironically, this testimony was before a commission in Clearwater at the time that they were concerned about scientologists moving into their town.

(They have since accepted the scientologists because the "assimilation" is practically complete.)

Lastly, there is this fictional movie that is supposedly about cults in general (not necessarily scientology.. but there are some similarities and the creator of the movies was a former scientologist for 20 years. He is also a former Universal Studios V.P.) This movie is currently blocked from release by a Pinellas County judge... has been for quite a while. See here, here, here, here. (Is this normal? I thought this was a free country with freedom of speech?)

Given the Scientologist's proven track record of attacking the messenger (with vengeance), I'm too fearful to post my name...

Definitely, something is not right in Clearwater/Pinellas County.

Keep in mind that the links I've provided make extensive use of mainstream media sources and direct quotes from L. Ron Hubbard. Check these out and draw your own conclusions.

...someone needs to get this information to the public...

Kevin B. responds: I don't know a lot about Scientology or it's influence in the area, but notice interestingly, the former Medical Examiner was forced out over a tussle involving Scientology: http://www.sptimes.com/News/093000/TampaBay/Medical_examiner_leav.shtml

This chart is such a mess, lol :)... it doesn't prove ANYTHING and it's very painful to read.

One problem though, there is no mention of any aliens in it... come on people, it's a must for any conspiracy theory ;)

If you want aliens you should just keep reading L.Ron Hubbard's writings/NUTTY RANTINGS. The man was insane...and anyone that follows him is too. This is not a religion....it's a very dangerous cult. And for his nutty followers that want to come after me....go for it. Head to the north pole and hang a hard left............
Maybe now that we have the internet they won't be able to get away with the criminal behavior...yeah I said CRIMINAL because it is.....in the dark the way they like to. They must be stopped.

here is something I found on the web about Jon R. Thogmartin it is a very interesting read and makes you wonder what is going on there in florida! I hope Jeb Bush insists that the autopsy is done in the state capital by the state police instead of locally!

    http://www.truthinjustice.org/john-peel.htm

I'm still working on the Felos-Greer connection. Was Terri moved to the hospice in Pinnellas Park so when her case went to court it would be under Greer's jurisdiction? Did Felos wait to file with the probate court when he knew Greer would be free and the other few probate judges were tied up? In what county was Terri prior to going to Woodside hospice? Misc. related background information needed/requested....

    ---

Kevin B. responds: It looks like Terri was previously cared for in Palm Garden in Largo, Fla. (http://www.palmgardencare.com/pg_locations.html)
Largo is still in Pinellas County. I don't know the demographics of Judge Greer's juristiction, but I'm assuming it covers Pinellas county. However, Greer was not on the board of Palm Garden, as he was with the Hospice...

Thanks for your efforts. As the father of a severely brain damaged child who is now nineteen and doing well because of loving care and therapy. I appreciate what you are doing to thwart those who would murder the disabled without their permission. (unless you were dumb enough to fill out a vague living will that means no permission to me) I have yet to meet one disabled person who wants to die because they are disabled although I realize that some do and if they are serious they usually succeed or change their minds before I would meet them. (I used to work with Special Olympics children before illness curtailed that) My wife has a Masters in Special Education and I have had the privilege to watch many disabled kids grow up. Keep up the good work. I will be watching and encouraging all of you at Blogs For Terri.

Well I finally made it across to your blog. Keep up the good work. My line is that of the alleged bulimia. I am not convinced that she had bulimia, and that this was not even a confirmed diagnosis at the hospital where she was taken after her collapse.

Why aren't we hearing about Scientology in all the media news about the Schiavo case? Why haven't any reporters on Fox News mentioned it, or the Schiavo's or Randall Terry? I think this is at the core of all that's going on and answers the questions that at least I have had as to why there's seems to be some kind of judicial comspiracy. Even as far as the Supreme Court! What's up with that?! This is like a very, scary movie! But we do need to expose this evil -- these guys are all tied together.

I told you days ago it is all about $$. I know exactly how it works and at any price, they will do harms. Why is CNN so calm, I feel they have been buyess the whole time, showing different cases with old 84 yrs guy and a brother of someone who appears to be on a ventilator,Terri is a very unique case each cases is different. Thank you for publishing this but lets save Terri, go right out public with it all, don't let go. I wanted to talk to you about the young spanish man that only has one side of his brain left, forgot his name it is also physically missing but he has gone to university isn't that hopefull. I have seen and live still living unbelievable stuff it is very scary that stuff but we also have the right to a chance Terri has one too

Awesome research, good job! Also, has anyone else noticed how the left can't seem to tear themselves away from our blogs? "Conspiracy theory" indeed. What's that one quote? "Just because I'm paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get me."

    >Even as far as the Supreme Court!
Lets not get carried away here.

The answer to why these higher courts keep siding with Michael is found here. If we want to expose the Scientologists, we have to be careful to not make obviously outlandish statements which would make others (wrongly) think the whole idea is crazy.

Also, anyone is welcome to copy my earlier post and use it in any way... just be sure to include the actual links which prove this stuff.

    >Why aren't we hearing about Scientology
I think that part of the reason why is because many are scared of what the Scientologists will do to them because in return (see my earlier links for proof). Hopefully, someone with deep pockets, impeccable integrity, fame, and guts will get a hold of this information and take them on.

ALSO: The 60-minutes videos are running slow on that site I linked to earlier. Try Googleing it here for other possible places to view it. (see choices after the 1st position)

ooops. I goofed that 1st link....Let me try again.

The answer to why these higher courts keep siding with Michael is found here.

you need to independently investigate and consider adding:

FL Supreme Court and/or FL Supreme Court Judges- including but not limited to re. responsiblities to regulate legal profession.

FL Bar Grievence Committee- failure to investigate and/or enforce ADA Titles II, III, 504 Rehab Act, 1994 Technical Interpretations of ADA (www.ada.gov)

American Bar Assoc.- historically drafts Model Rules, Practices, Procedures recommended to State Bar Regulators. Was the Schiavo case and others like it a predictable failure that requires "Sarbanes-Oxley" type reviews?

Kevin B. responds: This is a steeper hill of research to climb than I may have time for, but definitely warrants research. However, I did dig deep enough to find that Judge Greer is on the Florida Probate Rules Comittee of the Florida Bar and is not surprisingly listed as a member in good standing.

Bandwidth (or DOS attacks?) plague my original video links... many other sites with these movies have been taken down (wonder why?)

But some of these videos can also be found (without bandwidth problem) here (scroll down a bit)

...there is an option to download to your hard drive... something that you might want to do if you plan to view them repeatedly... such would actually save the hosters some bandwidth and ensure that you continue to have access to this stuff.

When will Michael go to court? When will justice hit him square in the face?

Ok. Are you f***ing insane? I mean, a braindead woman lies in a bed. There is little or no hope for her recovery. She can not live on her own without serious medical assistance. Why not let her die? As a result of medical advancement, we can probably keep millions of people alive (elderly, braindead, etc etc) but should we? Who are we to play God? Seriously - this is not even a moral debate - it is a f***ing retarded debate that Jesus would likely frown on. He would say "let her die in peace - with dignity." HOLY F***! I can NOT BELIEVE HOW F***ING STUPID YOU PEOPLE ARE!

Kevin B. responds: First, Colin, and I'm sure this wasn't your intention, but your language would leave one with the impression that you are incapable of reasoned debate. I reserve the right to edit or delete posts with profanity and/or insults.
Second, commentators from neither side of this debate has the authority to speak for God's wishes on Terri's specific situation.
Third, I'm not sure that food and water qualifies as "serious medical assistance" (by that logic, feeding a baby is "serious medical assistance") but I'm not qualified to debate Terri's medical condition or what her prospects for recovery would be, nor does this post attempt to do so.
Actually believe it or not, I'm still fairly undecided on the actually Terri issue... (although it's a moot point now that she's dead). I would have supported letting her die if there was more conclusive, undoubtful evidence that she didn't feel anything and had little hope for recovery.

The only point this post makes is that, because of the questionable circumstances of the judge and county officials, I don't think this case was clear of enough doubt to ethically make the call, nor will the autopsy results likely be allowed to report anything that questions the Schiavo lawyer's storyline.

    Colin:

There are three items I'd like you to examine which blow your views out of the water.

    See here, here, here

The last one is a report from a Mayo Clinic Neurologist which is pretty devistating to anyone who favored pulling Terri's feeding tube. (...and he is NOT that one guy that the Left has denounced as biased.)

Are Mayo Clinic neurologists "F***ING STUPID"?

I don't think that anyone can read these three items with either changing their minds or, at the least, without having a large measure of respect of our side.

Let me know if when you have read these items.

Here's something interesting. I don't know if it means anything, other than I have no life. But, in researching the Richard Jerger/Greer/Philadelphia Holding Corp connection, I can across some interesting dates. Some members of board of the Phil. Consolidated Holding Corp. exercized and sold options on 03/18/05-the same day that Terri's tube was removed. It is on Edgar and SEC filings. This is one of the links.

    http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/909109/000120919105016818/xslF345X02/doc4.xml

The person who exercised the options is also listed as a Director of Liberty American Insurance Agencies, Inc (formerly dba Jerger & Sons, Inc.-name change 06/24/98 according to sunbiz.org. Jerger & Sons is a subsidiary of The Jerger Co, Inc, which also owned Jerger-Centonze Insurnance (sic)).

There is also a report filing on 02/11/05 for options for this individual (and other board members). This was the date of Judge Greer's court order that Michael can remove Terri's feeding tube.

I don't know what it means if anything other than the dates are very coincidental. Maybe a stock guru out there can take a look and explain what happened in plain English.

Wow, you're right. That is interesting... That's a great avenue to research, Kristen.

Unfortunately, I don't know if it means anything either, or if it's just a coincidence-- This P. Daniel Eldridge could be entirely unconnected except for the fact that he also holds shares in a company that bought up Jerger & Sons. The coincidence is interesting though.

If I understand these right, the 2/11 filing is just an annual report of transactions. Here is a list of all his transactions.

On 3/16, Yahoo Finance shows that PHLY was downgraded by a research firm from "buy" to "neutral" because the stock price had just peaked.

This is when a transaction is reported, one on 3/15 and one on 3/16 (both transactions filed on 3/17)
If I understand correctly, it looks like he is exercising his stock option to buy at $14.375 when the public price is peaked to it's highest in 2 years at $79.5 and then $77.9, respectively. Then he promptly turns around and sells them, for a profit of about $65 and 62.50 per stock.
For the filing dated 3/21, it reports the additional exercised stock options you linked to.. again, it looks like he's exercising stock options to buy at $14.375 and $14.5, immediately selling at $76 & $78.
When these stocks were exercised and sold, the stock price was in a peak that's the highest it's been in a year, up $25 - $30 from a year ago; and is doubled from 2 yrs ago. ( See http://finance.yahoo.com/q/bc?s=PHLY&t=1y&l=on&z=m&q=l&c= and http://finance.yahoo.com/q/bc?s=PHLY&t=2y&l=on&z=m&q=l&c=)

So in that light, these transactions make financial sense (buying low and selling high) and may not mean anything to the Schiavo case... But I'm no stock expert-- anyone can feel free to dispute my interpretation.

Thanks for looking into this, Kristen.

    Please investigate...

Michael's fiance Jodi Centonze, has a mother who used to be a clerk, possibly still is, I'm not sure though, at the Pinella's police dept (the same police dept. guarding the hospice; Terri was moved to this hospice which is for the terminally ill and not the disabled which is in violation of Florida law.......was she moved to this one specifically because Michael could easilly CONTROL her situation being all the connections he had with the operation there?

Well, I may be mentally challenged being as I am not classified as a genius, BUT, I also was NOT born yesterday. Then there is the insurance company Michael Schiavo is now been afforded "Director" status, ie. JERGER & CENTONZE INSURNACE AGENCY, INC.

A company also owned by his girlfriend and her family. There is high speculation which needs to be investigated as to whether he has defrauded the writing of an insurance policy for his wife's life ie. Terri Schiavo. M. Schiavo has long been known for writing policies that are highly speculative in nature, questionably legal and with offshore silence status.

Thanks for your comment, Devaughan. My post touches on some of these details.

Unfortunately, insurance policies are confidential and are not available to the public record. I suspect it would take Federal involvement to investigate any alleged possible insurance fraud because the local police appear too connected to the situation to be bothered.

And unfortunately, according to The Empire Journal, the judge who heads the Criminal Law Division of the 6th District court where any potential criminal case would be heard in the county, is none other than Judge Shames-- Shames was originally the lawyer the Schindler's sought and discussed their case with but could not afford the retainer he required. Shames then went on to seek and gain the bench as judge, and did not recuse himself from hearing the case. Shames is the judge who authorized the hiring of Felos as Michael's attorney even though Felos was on the hospice board, and did so without informing the Schindlers. Shames, like Greer after him, received judicial campaign donations from Felos' law firm. (see http://www.theempirejournal.com/53209_schiavo_case_tangled_web_o.htm)

Jodi Centonze , I'm sure your so happy that Terri finally died or what I really think is murdered buy the two of you . as it looks right now you may be getting away with it , (but I hope not for always )
I read on this site you and your loving husband to be plan to move out of Florida , (thank you GOD) but it does not matter where the two of you move. the media will follow you , because you will be known and never be forgotten or forgiven for what you did to Terri .
you may make lots of money off of her death, like movies and books, I would not be surprised if you didn't have them in the works already , I believe that is why you turned down the 10 million offered to you to let Terri live , you knew if your took the money the people would hate you even more, you had to turn it down hoping to make the public think you killed Terri because it was Terri's wishes,.that it was not over money or cover up . because you knew that you would make more than 10 million on a movie, book, and TV interviews.
I am sure you didn't think the whole world would take an interest in little ole Terri's life, even the Pope and the President. but hoped that most the people would believe the two of you put her to death in the most horrible way to die, (to starve for 2 weeks no food and water.) because it was Terri's wishes.
Michael and Jodi I hope you never get the picture of Terri's.dieing face out of your mine and that the two of you never fine peace in your heart or your relationship,
who are you trying to fool about staying at the hospice by Terri side till she died , you stayed because you wanted to control who came in to see her and to make sure no one gave her water. go ahead and make your movies and write your books , you can show them to your children when they get older , I'm sure they will be so proud of you both but there will be lots of books and movies in Terri favor also.
Jodi, I hope you have a living will, or your loving husband will pull your plug after he receives money from the malpractice suit he will file. lol

Your comments about Scientology are misleading and in some cases, false.
Lisa McPherson did not die of dehydration. The coroner who made that claim later admitted that she lied. Lisa died form a blood clot to her lungs which deprived her of oxygen. I got the true facts from her boyfriend. First, she received a blow on the head in a car accident, which caused her to behave erratically, including running out into the street naked. That resulted in her being committed to the psych ward at Morton Plant. She was rescued from there, and swore she never wanted to go there again.
When the blood clot struck her lungs, the logical thing to do was to take her back to Morton Plant, which was only a few blocks away. But knowing that whe did not want to go there, they made the mistake of trying to take her to a hospital in New Port Richey, several miles away. On the way, she began turning blue and died.
In regard to Scientology's attitude about the Schiavo case, I happen to be a long time Scientologist, and I have protested her murder from the time I first heard of it, and my attitude is shared by other Scientologists with whom I have discussed it. To be sure, I am in favor of assisted suicide, where the person is suffering terrible pain with no hope of recovery, and then only with the individual's voluntary consent, and where death is brought about painlessly. Terri's murder filled none of these conditions. It was thirteen days of agony. In no way would the Church condone that!

I'm a brand new commenter. I'm glad to see a real Scientologist commenting here, and openly saying that he is a Scientologist! And I am very glad to see you say that Terri's death was indeed a murder, John. Because it definitely was. I agree with you there. It was very heartening to read your words about her death, and thank you for posting it.

But as to Lisa McPherson and several others, you may not know the whole story. I do believe definitely scientology was involved there - I think a lot of people do, John. Probably most folks in the states would think that about Lisa, at least. Not to put down what you wrote above, but you may just not be aware of the whole story. So I'll ask you to check out the following links for the whole thing. And I will take the advice of the first commenter, and remain too scared to tell my name....:

"Your comments about Scientology are misleading and in some cases, false. Lisa McPherson did not die of dehydration. The coroner who made that claim later admitted that she lied."

    BEEP BEEP!

Woah, a live one. GARLIC EVERYBODY! Keep your tin foil hats off!

Excuse me, are you referring to the Pinellas County Medical Examiner Ms. Wood? http://www.holysmoke.org/cos/cw-ne-me.htm
The one that was forced out of office after prosecutors dropped charges against the Church of Scientology, blaming Wood's reversal of opinion in the death of Scientologist Lisa McPherson for damaging their criminal case. The FLAG ended up paying the McPherson's estate anyway for her wrongful tortuous death. What happens to all those young kids that can't raise enough money for the FLAG? They end up dead for some strange reason. Suicides, jumping off of buildings with money found clutched in their hand, bulimia, dehydrated.

I have looked at Ms. Lisa McPherson's body, and she didn't die from a bump on the head or a blood clot! She was snatched from the ER by the FLAGS and taken to a hot box to be cured. She stripped naked to get help after that wreck, wide eyed in fear! She told her mother she needed to get out of there. ASAP
She was dropped off at an ER dead, two weeks later after she made that desperate call to her Mama and best friend at her hometown!

Lisa McPherson, before she died was a member of the cult of Scientology. Lisa died as a result of severe dehydration as a result of being taken into custody by other members of this truly horrible cult. What happened? You can find Lisa's story here:

    http://www.lisamcpherson.org/lisapics.htm

On this site you will find photographs of Lisa that were taken during the autopsy. These photographs depict a woman who had been severely mistreated in the last week of her life. The photographs are very graphic in that they show the Lisa's condition after she had been dehydrated to death.

You will also find that Scientologist and George Felos, L. Ron Hubbard, and Hitler, have a lot in common. One, I know two of them were being watched by the US Government, and one of them is getting OUTED to the US Government by Bloggers all over America~!

George Felos' book, "Litigation as Spiritual Practice" (Blue Dolphin Publishing, 2002) contains the following quotes.

About the Jews, George Felos wrote, "The Jewish people, long ago in their collective consciousness, agreed to play the role of the lamb whose slaughter was necessary to shock humanity into a new moral consciousness. Their sacrifice saved humanity at the brink of extinction and propelled us into a new age." (pg 240)

Felos further wrote, "If our minds can conceive of an uplifting Holocaust, can it be so diffucult to look another way at the slights and injuries and abuses we perceive were inflicted upon us?" (pg 240)

Describing the period he was separated from his ex-wife, "that weekend I experienced rage. Savage, unadulterated, and murderous rage." (pg 6)

Felos wrote about his ex-wife, "To her, I seemed unattractive, sexually unexciting, balding, boring, and just not enough fun to be with....she didn't need me anymore. For her, marriage to me inflicted a fate worse than death. She admitted that for the past year or so she had wished for my death, and whenever I flew hoped the plane would crash." (pg 7)

About his anger towards his ex-wife, "I was on fire, fueled by thoughts of bludgeoning and tearing her apart." (pg 23)

Describing the period he was recuperating from his divorce, "it consisted mostly of dreams of being tormented in some inferno." (pg 27)

"Mrs Browning, do you want to die? Do you want to die? - I nearly shouted as I continued to peer into her pools of strikingly beautiful but incognizant blue. It felt so eerie." (pg 63)

"Whatever your opinion about tube feeding, the hard fact was it now stood between Mrs. Browning and her death." (pg 64)

About Mrs. Estelle Browning "...I carried with me the resolute determination to sever the artificial cord that bound Estelle Browning to this earthly realm. Her agonized cry for release ran though my mind over and over again, and I felt our SPIRITUAL BOND." (pg 76)

While on a plane trip, Felos thought "I wonder what it would be like to die right now?" (pg 181)

Felos felt that God told him, "You are more powerful than you realize." (pg 182)

About the Estelle Browning case, "I still got a kick that evening seeing myself on the TV news, notwithstanding my frequently displayed countenance in the media of late."

"If I had to urinate, I didn't wait until the next commercial, I immediately got up and went. On the first urge to defecate, I left for the bathroom rather than making one more phone call." (pg 292)

"I can truly say my wife was enamored with me. I suppose power and success really are potent aphrodisiacs-as my spouse had made particularly evident our previous night at the Governor's Inn. " (pg 246)

Mrs. Felos presented the CAT scan to Judge Greer in court, that sealed her fate. Now, as an attorney and a massage therapist, she want's to interrupt the results of the Pinellas County Medical Examiner, as A LAWYER.

I also was skeptical about the article concerning former Mrs. Felos, published on The Empire Journal. It was just too bizarre; it looked like an April fool stunt.
So, I looked for the source and found it, it is a legitimate news release by ex-Mrs. Felos’ public relations firm, published on PR Web (Press Release Newswire) on April 15, 2005. Read it here:

    http://www.prweb.com/releases/2005/4/prweb229659.htm

I don't know, doesn't seem so much as a stretch to me. It is worth a SNIFF..or Two~!

Clearwater Florida, especially downtown Clearwater, is Scientology’s worldwide spiritual headquarters and main training ground. The Flag Service Organization, located in Clearwater, provides the highest level of Scientology training and is the largest single Scientology “church” in the world! Scientology brochures claim that Clearwater Florida has the “largest community of Scientologists in the world.” Back in 1998, Scientology generated from 1.5 to 2 million dollars of income per week! This material success enables them to maintain ownership of tens of millions of dollars worth of property (about 40 buildings) as well as many businesses:
Florida Officials are Holding Hands with Scientology
Many Florida politicians and government officials have an accommodative relationship with Scientology. For example, Pinellas County Sheriff Everett Rice, along with “over 540 dignitaries and guests from throughout the Tampa Bay” attended the gala event on January 18, 2003: the 76th Anniversary of the Fort Harrison, Scientology’s international religious retreat.

The guests included the Mayor (Brian Aungst), Deputy Mayor and City Commissioner of Clearwater, the Clearwater and Hillsborough County Commissioners, the Sheriff (Everett Rice) and Deputy Sheriff of Pinellas County, mayors from seven surrounding cities, a representative from the Florida State Attorney’s office, two former state senators, the Speaker of the Florida House of Representatives (Johnnie Byrd), hundreds of local judges, attorneys, top business executives and other opinion leaders from throughout the community.

READ what Scientology thinks about handicapped and curing their own to “death”. Google the founder, Ron Hubbard.

This Org. gave Justice an award for Terri’s case, the whole Clearwater Bar was there.

The “judicial competence” that Judge Greer has exhibited in his handling of the Terri Schiavo case is clearly the kind that ignores evidence and even Florida statutes in order to uphold Scientology doctrine—which requires the deletion of “social contagions” (the disabled) from society. It is no coincidence that a Scientology attorney—who was a lead attorney in the Lisa McPherson case—personally bestowed this award to Judge Greer. Greer’s decisions to consistently rule in favor of terminating a disabled person do reflect high ideals—in the sight of Scientology.

Lies to Make Terri Schiavo Fit the Scientology Mold

One of Scientology’s major goals is to change society’s views about death, dying, and those L. Ron Hubbard considered to be “past the half-way point”: the disabled.

Scientologists believe (1) that a disabled person is in such a state due to his or her own failings, (2) the disabled person will deliberately move in the direction of death, and (3) disabled people (Individuals who score low on the emotional tone scale) will also bring death to those around them. (See L. Ron Hubbard’s book, Self Analysis, chapter 4)

Scientology teaches that if a person is disabled it is his or her fault. Terri has been falsely represented as being disabled due to self-induced vomiting which supposedly caused a potassium imbalance that resulted in a cardiac arrest. Medical records have disproved these claims, but these “facts” were presented in the court record and are still being promulgated via the media today. The truth is that Terri suffered serious injuries, (including a head and neck injury and numerous broken bones). An exceptionally competent neurologist testified (that Michael Schiavo’s attorneys predictably attempted to discredit) stated that Terri’s injuries are consistent with strangulation:

    http://libertytothecaptives.net/scientology_clearwater_bar_association_judge_greer.html

As an American, I want a peek a boo into this theory, surely, anyone would want to rule out all possibilites of an error.

Judical Tyranny with laws carefully crafted over 15 years to meet this culture of death, is unacceptable to me. And there is something to say about Attorney's from Berkley that brag about dropping acid..and Justice's that admit that lived with Jim Morrison. Come on baby, light my fire. I plan on doing that. I hope the Bloggers out OR MEDIA TO BLUSHING SHAME!!!
